Ex. - suppose we are in System Administration --> Application Settings page and we right click on any application and press start to make the application online, now popup dialog box appears, here user is unable to close this dialog box. And this behavior is for all the popup dialog boxes in IBPM console. Solution: Sometimes the IE at the customers end has the activeX and scripting disabled. The reason for the disabling of the same is because of the "Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration".
