Operation is not supported. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131515))   Environment Windows 7 & Windows 8   Root Cause When copy source files from external source to Program files folder, Windows OS intend to block the application from access such file.  Since application can't open the file, Exception may occurr while creating SEC Report.    Solution After download renderingengineconfigurablebinary.zip from sec.gov  1. Right click on renderingengineconfigurablebinary.zip2. Properties3. Click unblock button4. Click OK5. Unzip the file, then follow the instruction from administrator guide Chapter 2.

For Windows 7 environment logs should be in this location: C:\Users\username\AppDataLocal\Local\Temp\WordLinkage\.log

We have been getting XWand incidents relate to 6.5.35   "If element “UTR” in a standard namespace is declared in the DTS of an instance,  then the value of each ‘unitRef’ attribute on each fact of a type in that registry must refer to a unit declaration consistent with the data type of that fact, where consistency is defined by that registry."   Usually trigger when instance file contains unit type that doesn't match with data type. For instance, assigned custom unit type "abc:area" for AreaItemType which it will generate warning after EDGAR validation.   Solution:  Create new prefix "utr" with namespace URI "http://www.xbrl.org/2009/utr"  Add new units for Area Item Type, id = "sqft", numerator = "utr:sqft"  Add new units for Volume Item Type, id="ft3", numerator = "utr:ft3"   Reference table for UTR schema, you can look up from the following link: http://www.xbrl.org/utr/utr.xml  This post was edited by Dennis Tam at March 18, 2013 11:51:20 AM PDT

System environment: - Windows OS - Analytics and I-BPM before V11.3.0 installed on same machine.   Problem: Unable to uninstall Analytics due to missing registry.  When uninstall I-BPM using I-BPM deployment tool, it will remove Analytics registry along with IBPM registry.  In result, Analytics will not operate after I-BPM remove from the machine.     Solution: Uninstall Analytics first, then uninstall I-BPM next.
